Darkness sets in as I close my eyes
It fills my soul as I allow it to engulf my body.
I welcome this darkness for it is my only escape.
Escape from this world and all the pain.
The pain caused by the ones who "love" me
The pain that seems to follow me through out my life.
Where is my beacon of light?
Do I even have a beacon of light or has that too become engulfed by the darkness?
